WTF was GamerGate!?

Okay, so there was this unending train wreck back around 2015, and there's probably still basement-dwelling die-hards still clinging onto it for dear life in order to give their existence meaning, but it was the iconic and perfect example of how to take the right message, the right drive, and the right goals, to then ultimately wipe it all up your backside and flush it straight down the crapper! Don't get me wrong here, in the beginning it really was about the gaming industry, games journalism, and the ethics therein.  For those that wanted to assume that it was just about the ZoeyPost and attacking who it was about, it wasn't at all and those people clearly missed the huge bold red flags that stemmed from the ZoeyPost and surrounding facts. Manipulation == new way of life??

Okay, it's sad to think, but if a person were to just glance around for a minute, it'd seem that manipulation makes the world go around now and days far more than money does, even though money as bribery is also a form of manipulation. Sure there was manipulation back in my day, but back then people were more subtle about it and did it more in secret and/or behind closed doors.  Now and days people don't hide anything much anymore, nor have much humility or subtlety.  Even gross manipulation in relationships in certain cases can be viewed as domestic abuse. Now if you gander around it'd seem we're bombarded with manipulation 24/7.  Everywhere you look or listen these days there are advertisements, that's one form.  Another can be seen in the workplace, even with little white lies, like when the worker that's not actually sick calls in sick or even when a worker makes a fuss about work that's in there job description already, and suddenly acts as thou...

Quick Rant: Google may be the next Microsoft...

After 30+ years of Microsoft Windows and all the bluescreens, hacks, nukes, exploits, and basically being the most unsecure operating-system on the planet... now and days most non-Microsoft programs run fairly decent in Windows 8/8.1 and 10, but feel free to look up how well Forza Hoirizons 3, made by Microsoft, runs under Windows 10. Similarly, why the !@#$ does it seem the Google sites and apps run horribly, and quite possibly the worst, on Android devices (when Google are the masterminds behind Android)!?  Whether it be my rather decent LG Stylo 2 Plus phone, or my fairly expensive Samsung Galaxy Tab A /w S-Pen tablet, Google apps and sites (including this one) handle like garbage on them, even though most everything else, including multi-platform emulation, runs and works pretty great.  It's obnoxious as hell and rather p*ss-poor representation of Google as a whole.  If I were a Google stock-investor, I'd probably be tempted to sell all shares and get out while I st...

The investigaion results are FINALLY in... NO COLLUSION!

After near two years of absolute crazy, tons of collateral damage, and millions/billions of wasted tax-payer dollars... the results are in, and it's been proven concretely that there was absolutely ZERO colluion with Russia! xD But now, for the REAL question that the American people TRULY want to know.  Are we FINALLY  going to see fair, honest, and balanced investigation into EVERYTHING that calls for it regardless of political-affiliation!? Modern liberalism == new-age poison-pill?

Not sure exactly how to approach this subject so going to jump straight in; back in my day, liberal Democrat was where you stood to stand against the man, rage against the machine, and slam heads with the elites.  Now, it seems everything has gone topsy-turvy, and everything has pretty much shifted 180 degrees! For starters, the Democratic party are the modern-day rich elites!  Hard to find it as genuine when they preach that they fight for the little guy from their giant mansions up on the hill, while we the peons are drowning in all the messes and catastrophes they can't stop making.
